How to Apply
Check out campus. Bring your family and friends. Talk to our students, faculty and staff. Have lunch. Attend a play, game or other campus activity.
2. Apply for Admission.
Submit your application for admission and your application fee of $35. You may:

Freshmen also need to:

Submit an official high school transcript or GED report.
- Submit ACT or SAT test scores. Mayville State’s ACT school code: 3212. Mayville State’s SAT school code: 6478.
Transfer applicants must also:

Submit official college transcripts from all schools attended.

If fewer than 24 college credits have been completed, submit the College Preparatory Course Report Form and ACT or SAT test scores.
3. Apply for Housing.
If you would like to live on campus, complete the housing application and submit it with a $50 room reservation deposit. Please note, freshmen and sophomores are required to live on campus. See the housing policy for exceptions.
4. Apply for Mayville State scholarships and waivers.
For priority consideration for scholarships, complete the scholarship application by February 15 and/or the Cultural Diversity Tuition Waiver Form by March 15.
5. Apply for Financial Aid.
To apply for federal and state financial aid, you must complete the FAFSA and list Mayville State University (Title IV code 002993). Your FAFSA should be processed by March 15 to receive top priority for available grants, work-study, and loans.
The immunization form should be submitted to Mayville State by the first day of class. |
