The Comet Athletic Club is the fund raising body for Mayville State University Athletics. The mission of the CAC is to provide athletic scholarships for students. This helps to bring outstanding student athletes to Mayville State University. The Comet Athletic Club also provides other financial support that assures superior athletic support and programming for Comet Athletics.

The CAC works to build a spirit of camaraderie among those who enjoy athletic competition and believe that this type of experience benefits the students. CAC members help to provide golden opportunities for many young people who wish to attend college and participate in athletics. Without scholarships many of these students might not have an opportunity to attend college.

Membership in the Comet Athletic Club is based on the fiscal year, July 1-June 30.
